- A rental house may not always be available in the locality you would
like to stay.
- The landlord/lady may increase the rent without notice.
- The landlord may set very harsh conditions for occupancy/tenancy.
- The landlord may refuse to take up responsibilities e.g. repairs, or take
a long time to repair.
- Most of the areas where houses are rented are overcrowded. Which may cause problems such as insecurity, poor sanitation, diseases and noise.
- Renting does not give you chances to modify certain aspects if the house
to suit your needs.
