Describe the formation of wadis

Answers

Faith
These are steep dry hollows in arid areas. They are formed during flashfloods in a steep and undulating landscape. The floods cut the rills and widen them into gullies. The streams of water then widen the gullies to form steep sided valleys referred to as wadis. These valleys are often dry but may contain water during heavy rains for a short time.
