-It is developed right from childhood -the rearing of anyone who has just been born through the primary ,secondary and tertiary education is developing human capital.
-Human capital can not be bought or sold-just like physical capital -man can lend out his or her services but still remain his or her own property
-Human capital,just like physical capital is subject to depreciation due to change in technology,memory lapse and lack of contiguous training.
-Human capital is none specific in nature ,it is occupationally mobile .This is not true to physical capital where machine use assembled to programme specific tasks
-Human capital is intangible form of investment-it can t be physically felt or seen, it is deep seated in a man .
-Has ability to last longer than physical capital(machines).it takes a lot of time to train and hence the length of production is long
