(a) Infrastructure.
Many tourist sites and potential areas are accessible by road and in some cases by air or water. Communication lines like telephone facilities and wireless communication systems are available throughout the country. These have made the sites easy to develop.
(b) Accommodation.
High class international hotels and lodges have been constructed in major cities, town, games reserves and national parks to provide accommodation for tourists.
(c) Publicity.
A lot of campaign is done through mass media, seminars and advertisement in foreign markets. The tourist attractions are also advertised through active participation in local and international trade fairs.
(d) Presence of preserved sites. Historical sites and monuments have been preserved for tourists to visit. Such sites include Fort Jesus and Gedi ruins at the coast.
(e) Training in tourism.
