Faith
(a) Earning foreign income. Tourism earns the country foreign exchange. Tourists from foreign countries pay for most of the services in foreign currency.
(b) Employment. The tourism industry employs many people directly and indirectly, since it is a service industry. Some are employed as tourist operators, tourist guides and drivers to show the tourists around. Others are employed as game rangers, wardens and park attendants while others are employed in the hotels and lodges.
(c) Source of revenue for the country. The government locally collects revenue from the entrance fees in the park and reserves.
(d) Improvement of transport networks. Roads connecting areas of tourist attraction have been improved and the new ones constructed. Airports and airstrips are also developed.
