Jet fighter on practice moving at a velocity of 20m/s released a bomb above the ground which hits the
ground after 3s. Calculate:
a) the distance from the ground to the jet,
b)the horizontal distance from the target when the bomb is released.

h=½gt2=½*2*32
=45m
b) the horizontal distance from the target when the bomb is released.
R=ut=20*3
=300m.
