Mr Michael Mwamburi realized that after sorting the names of Form III class list based on the First Name column in ascending order, there were some ties on similar names that appeared in a disorganized manner.
Advise him on how to break the tie.

(a) He should break the tie by further sorting the names on probably Last name column, that is, if there is a tie on 1st column, he can now sort again on the 2nd column ascending.

(b) To do this:

(i) First highlight the entire worksheet area containing data to be sorted.

(ii) Go to Data Menu from the Menu bar.

(iii) Select the sort submenu.

(iv) Select first Sort by Column A or First name.

(v) Select Then By Column B or Last name.

(vi) Click Ok button.
