The difference between proforma and proforma invoice is that;

A proforma invoice is a document that indicates dedication of a seller to make delivery or offer services at a price agreed with the buyer.It contains citation for purchase purposes while an invoice is business document that a buyer receives from a seller indicating the quantity and dates of items or services offered,agreed terms and conditions of payment, sum of costs of items or services delivered.
