(x) It can be used to provide output in a range of different formats according to the needs of the user.
(xi) A massive volume of data can be stored in a very small space because it is electronic rather than paper.
(xii) Support of multiple views of the data: Each user may see a different view of the database, which describes only the data of interest to that user.
(xiii) Sharing of data and multi-user transaction processing: Allows a set of concurrent users to retrieve and to update the database. Concurrency control within the DBMS guarantees that each transaction is correctly executed or completely aborted.
