(i) First, the database should be loaded.
In order to load Microsoft Access 2010 click Start button on the task bar.

(ii) In All Programs menu, select Microsoft Office and finally Microsoft Office Access 2010.

(iii) To open an existing database, click the Office Button followed by Open command then navigate to the file's location and double click it.

(iv) When the database is open double click the icon of the form or table that is going to be used for data entry.

(v) Finally, click the New Record button and input the required data.
