(a) Add a Command Button from the Toolbox to the base form. The Command Button Wizard should immediately appear.

(b) Select Form Operations from the Wizard form and Open Form.

(c) Choose Open the form and see all the records.

(d) Select Text and choose Add a caption.

(e) Type the button a name and Click Finish Command Button.
