(i) The envelope;The envelope is something that an email user will never see since it is part of the internal process by which an email is routed.

(ii) Headers; Headers contain information concerning the sender and recipients.

(iii) Subject; Subject is a description of the topic of the body message and displays in most email systems that list email messages individually. For example "VACCINATION DATES"

(iv) From; This is the sender's Internet email address. It is usually presumed to be the same as the Reply-to address, unless a different one is provided.

(v) Date and time received (On); The time the message was received For example Sat,14 April 2018 10:04:11-0500

(vi) Reply-to; This is the Internet email address that will become the recipient of your reply if you click the Reply button.

(vii) To: First/ last name of email reci+++pient, as configured by the sender.

(viii) Recipient email address; The Internet e-mail address of the recipient, or where the message was actually sent.

(ix) Body; The body of a message contains text that is the actual content conveyed to the recipient or the actual content of the message contained in the email.

(x) Attachments; Attachments are optional and include any separate files that may be part of the message.

(xi) Signature; identifies the sender.
