TRADITION APPROACH THEORY.
Scientific management theory – was also referred to
as job analysis theory because its main job is to
analyze the duty of a worker. It proposes that a
rationally planned and executed organization be
developed to create efficient work performance and
increase production. Fredrick Taylor felt that the best
way to improve output was to improve the methods
used by workers. Management was to be separated
from human affairs or emotions. Its focus was on the
needs of the organization and not the needs of the
workers
