significance of human resource in an organization.
? Motivation, leadership, group dynamics, work
design and participation constitutes the care of the
human as a social organization subject to
activities and cultural environment of the people.
? The approach however over-stressed the human
factor in the organization, thus management is
wider than human hence to make them work other
techniques or measure have to the applied.
