Answers

Faith
(a) A large and constant volume of water from large lakes and rivers in both countries such as the white Nile in Uganda and river Tana in Kenya.
(b) Steep gradient along the course of a river which causes high speed of water required to turn turbines to generate electricity.
(c) Deep and narrow valleys along the course of the rivers which minimizes the cost of constructing the dam. Depth ensures a large capacity for the reservoir that will form.
(d) A hard basement rock to reduce the amount of water that will be seeping into the ground as well as to provide a strong foundation for the construction of the dam.
