To provide a legal right for workers and employers to establish and join organizations of their own choice without previous authorization.
Renouncing from obstructing the exercise of freedom of association.
To take all the necessary and appropriate measures to ensure that workers and employers may exercize freely the right to organise;
Ensuring that the law of the land does not impair the exercise of freedom of association.
Ensuring that workers have adequate protection against acts of anti-union discrimination; and ensuring that workers' and employers' organizations have adequate protection against interference by each other in their establishment, functioning or administration.
