Ring topology: Since the employees work in the same department and no one is above them in terms of hierarchy, they are deemed equal.
Another reason is because the number does not intend to increase in future and no dependence on a central computer. All machines in ring network must be reliable at all times. It is not easily to upsize or downsize ring topology.
