• Autocratic. In this style, the manager makes decision unilatellary and without much regard from subordinates.
• Consultative management. In this style, the manager makes decisions by taking into account the based interests of the employees as well as the organization.
• Democratic management. In this style the manager allows employees to take part in the decision process. As a result everything is agreed upon the majority.
• Persuasive management. In this style, the manager purposes the same characteristics as the autocratic manager. However the persuasive manager maintains control over the entire decisions making.
• Laissaz-faire management. In this style there is a council of delegates and the manager and the council allows group members to make decisions.
