8. Problem solver: A good leader is problem solver. Facing problems is a part of any endeavor. There are some expected problems as well as unexpected problems thus should be able to solve both. He should have tactful alternative address the problems occurred due to already planned strategies. He is always mentally ready to devise strategies according to the evolving nature of the endeavor.
9. Credible: A good leader is a honest, accountable, responsible and trustworthy person. The followers believe in him due to his previous moral records. A credible leader can easily influence his followers positively.
10. Role model: A good leader is a role model for his followers. He has all the abilities and qualities necessary for success. His devotion, perseverance, visor and sincerity fascinate others. Due to these qualities, he is viewed as a source of inspiration or a role model by his followers.
11. Honest: A good leader is an honest person. He is always sincere in his tasks as well as sincere with his followers. He never engages in cheating or fraudulent activities. He also instills honest and sincerity in his followers.
12. Optimistic: A good leader remains optimistic in all situations. He always looks at the positive aspects of various phenomena. He believes that even little efforts can lead to huge outcomes. He is never disappointed in restrictive conditions.
13. High tolerance and patience: A leader has to face many stressful situations during the course of his actions. The stressful situations include; unexpected losses, internal conflict is among the followers, resources shortages, and abrupt changes according to evolving status of problems thus a leader must demonstrate high tolerance and patience in such situation to deal with them effectively.
14. Democratic: though the leader has a superior role in the group, he always remains democratic towards his followers. He also involves the followers in decision making regarding planning and execution of strategies. He values the ideas and opinions of his followers. He never imposes his unilateral decisions on others. He always provides space to the followers so that their useful verdicts must be included in all tasks.
15. Motivation: A good leader is a source of motivation to his followers. The leader drives his passion toward the attainment of goals. He also instills this drive and passion to his followers by encouraging and raising their spirit. He may also design certain bonuses, benefits, appreciation certificates and medals to motivate his followers.
16. Communication skills: A good has good communication skills. He knows the art of communication. He conveys his message to the followers effectively and listens to their instances carefully. He has convincing powers. He presents arguments and logical statements to justify his verdict .He interacts with his followers frequently to ensure to maintain the channel of communication.
17. Persistence: A good leader has a quality of persistence. He is never discouraged by the challenges in the course of his action. He keeps going until he succeeds. This quality of persistence is a key to the success of successful people. He also inspires his followers to remain persistent in all circumstances and never be discouraged by the problems.
