(i) It does not obey ohms law because the current is not directly proportional to voltage(the graph is not a straight line)

(ii) Resistance, R = $\frac{1}{slope}$

Since R = $\frac{V}{I} = \frac{(0.74-0.70)V}{(80-50)mA}$ = $\frac{0.04}{30 \times 10^{-3}}$

= 1.333 ohms
