(ii) Approves and recommends children to schools which rehabilitate them.

(iii) The court of justice swears in the President and other members of the cabinet.

(iv) Arranges for the administration of estates of deceased persons by appointing guardians or trustees of estates.

(v) Protects the constitutional rights and freedoms of individuals and punish criminals.

(vi) It helps in the development of the law.

(vii) It is the guardian of our constitution.

(viii) It administers justice.

(ix) It guarantees the rule of law by exercising justice.
