(ii) At least 15 years experience as a superior court judge or as a distinguished academic judicial officer,legal practitioner or the relevant legal fields.

(iii) The maximum age for serving as a judge of Supreme Court is 70 years.

(iv) Degree in law from a recognized university or an advocate from the High Court of Kenya.
