(iv) Establishment of The French Cultural Centre,Kenya National Theare,KBC radio and TV stations.

(v) Building of Nyayo National Stadium and Moi International Sports Centre to promote sports.

(vi) Development in sports and athletics by recognising and continuously funding the participants like Catherine Ndereba,the first woman to win marathon for four times consecutively.

(vii) Integration and enhancement of cultural values and practices in the Ministry of Education under the national goals of education.

(ix) Participation in soccer,motor sports,rugby,volleyball,hockey,cricket and basketball.

(x) In 1988,Kenya won the first African gold medal in boxing at Seoul Olympics,South Korea.
