Answers

John
The Akidas and Jumbes were Arabs and Swahili chiefs who were imposed on the Africans communities by Germans to collect taxes and to mobilize labour for the Germans.

The people of Tanganyika were against them because:

1. They were foreigners

2. They had taken up their jobs/ positions

3. There were harsh/ treated them ruthlessly
