• Introduction of a maximum wage
• Increasing higher rate of tax to make tax system more progressive and
therefore narrow the gap in net pay
• Increasing the national minimum wage to increase the wages of the
lowest paid
• Removing the barriers to entry to high paying professions
• Strengthening regulation with regard to discrimination in workplace
