It is a white wooden box in which meteorological instruments are kept at a weather station.
The box is designed in a special manner so as to protect the housed instruments from snow,winds and rain.
The instruments kept inside a Stevenson's screen are;hygrometer,barometer,thermometer,thermograph,dewcell and a psychrometer.
