Teaching mathematics to pre-primary school children helps them acquire reading and writing skills. This is mainly enhanced through easier mastery of numbers and concepts.

Mathematics learning at an early stage enhances the children to acquire problem solving skills which are essential at any life stage in order to achieve a desired objective.
