When it is too hot;
1.The sweat gland in the skin release more sweat,which then evaporates removing heat energy from skin
2.The blood vessel leading to the capillaries become wider - dilate -allowing more blood to flow through the skin,and more heat to be lost.

When it becomes too cold;
1.The muscle contract rapidly - shivering. The contraction requires energy from respiration and some of it is released as heat.
2.Blood vessel leading to the blood capillaries become narrower,they constrict letting blood flow through the skin and conserving heat in the body.
