1. Through involving some of the members into church programs such as ministering, teaching, ushering, cleaning the church compound e.t.c.
2. The church prepares its members through organizing church events, such as seminars, sports, conferences and also attending some of the annual meetings, sending some of them to represent the church on behalf of the bishop.
3. The churches also are preparing its members by giving them leadership role with the organization in which they learn leadership skills such as setting goals, planning group activities and also solving problems.
4. The churches are also preparing members by involving them during Sunday worship service and teaching members in their homes and collecting of contributions for the poor.
5. They also prepare them for future obligations in the family, personal life and community through its achievement program called duty to God.
