$\frac{x\;+\;1}{3} \;- \frac{x\;-\;2}{4} \;=\frac{x}{6}$

L.C.M of 3 and 4 is 12

$\frac{4x\;+\;4\;-\;3x\;+\;6}{12}$ = $\frac{x}{6}$

$\frac{x\;+\;10}{12}\;=\; \frac{x}{10}$

Cross multiply to get

6x + 60 = 12x

60 = 6x;

x = 10
