2. It’s the duty of the state to observe, respect, protect, promote and fulfil the fundamental rights and freedoms.
3. Every person has a right to institute court proceedings if a fundamental right of freedom is denied, violated or threatened.
4. In the enjoyment of the fundamental rights and freedoms, one should not break the law of infringe into others rights.
