1. Working under pressure. Working under pressure with a huge workload can end up stressful to a person this developing stress.
2. Lack of Funds for upkeep. One may lack the money to manage his or her expenses and upkeeps thus end up being stressed.

3. Regular body exercise. Regular physical exercise is important for the body of especially a stressed person.
4. Taking a balanced diet is fundamental for health
5. Engage in playing games, watching, or listening to music at your free time.
6. A university student stressed should adopt a policy of sleeping frequently and ensuring enough sleep everyday.
Three living values that enhance individual comfort include;
1. Happiness-an individual will find him/herself at the highest comfort when there is peace in his / her life.
2. Freedom-freedom is when one can do anything or move anywhere anytime anywhere without being questioned, thus can highly grant an individual high code of comfort.
3. Cooperation- cooperating with others makes one learn a lot and share critical issues that may end up improving one's lice, thus grants a person high standard of comfort in life.
Seven traits of the mind.
1. Open-Mindedness
Open-mindedness is the very first
step toward critical thinking. The power of an open mind can be best appreciated when dealing with a narrow-minded individual. An open minded individual will be able to think out of the situation and fomulate alternatives of solving out a problem uniquely.
2. Depth Of Thought
The ability to delve into unfathomable
complexity of life itself mostly by asking
“What if”? This helps in future forecasting and developing a positive mindset.
3. Scope Of Thoughts
The ability to encompass and envision
viewpoints considered impossible. This
requires reconciling scientific knowledge
(i.e., Refined Knowledge) and ecological
knowledge (i.e., Common Sense).
4. Clarity Of Thought
A clear sense of a higher purpose. This also requires reconciling refined knowledge and common sense. An individual with a clear mind reasons positively and can be seen by how he responds go environmental challenges.
5. Accuracy Of Thought
The ability to avoid errors or distortions of thought to approach a target at a macro
level. An individual with an accuracy mind learns from his/her mistakes or those of close friends and make more valid steps to avoid errors thus living a lpsitive life.
6. Precision Of Thought
The ability to hit a target reliably and
consistently at a micro level. This mental trait helps in achieving set goals in life for an ambitious person.
7. Consistency Of Thought
The ability to avoid cognitive dissonance,
thus maintaining precision and accuracy of
thought.
8. Relevance Of Thought
The ability to determine priorities and
remain grounded and pragmatic. This also
requires reconciling scientific knowledge and ecological knowledge.
9. Intention/Fairness Of Thought
The ability to not only exercise emotional
intelligence, i.e., to manage positive and
negative emotions in order to avoid biases
and remain objective but, even more
importantly, to maintain moral and ethical
values and principles. This trait helps in self awareness and boosts an individuals code of conduct thus shaping behavious too.
10. Inquisitiveness Of Thought
The ability to question in order to innovate, especially asking “What if”?. This trait helps one brainstorm on future likely events and develope a creative mindset of manouvering though.
