Answers

Eric
In this parable, a man was travelling from Jerusalem to Jericho. On the way he was attacked,
beaten and left half dead by the robbers.
While still by the road side, a Jewish Priest came by, saw him and passed on the other side
without helping him.
A Levite also came, saw him and passed by.
A Samaritan passed by and stopped to help the wounded man. He bandaged the wounds of the
victim and took him to an inn and met all the expenses.
After telling the parable, Jesus asked the lawyer a question, “In your opinion, which one of these
three acted like a neighbour towards the man?” The lawyer replied, “The one who showed mercy
on the Samaritan.” Jesus told him to go and do the same.
