After the rise they earned 103.5%

of old wages = sh 1 345.50

Old wages = $\frac{100}{103.5}$ x 1345.50

= sh 1 300

The weekly wages would have

been 108% of the old wages

= $\frac{108}{100}$ x 1 300 = sh 1 404
