The mean is the average of values being looked at.
The standard deviation is the square root of the average of square of deviations from the mean. In
that case standard deviation cannot be obtained if the mean is not obtained first.

Note:
- Notice the way to create continuity 0.5 is reduced from the lower class limit and added to the upper
limit.
- Furthermore, notice the way the factor (i) 10-4 is removed and the assumed mean amount 0.97 is also removed. These are put back at the end in calculation of the mean.
