Length of a line

= $\sqrt{(x_1-x_2)^2+(y_1-y_2)}$

= 25 = (3 -7)2 + (y - 5)2

= 25 = 16 + y2 - 10y + 25

y2 - 10y + 16 = 0

P = 16

S = -10 N = -8 -2

(y2 -8y) -(2y + 16) = 0

y(y - 8) -(2y + 16) = 0

(y - 2)(y - 8) = 0

y = 2 or y = 8
