i) Establish of mobile teaching units/ mobile schools or "school on whee" as an alternative schooling mode

ii) Increased fund for ASAL regions through the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) derived from annual budgetary allocation of ordinary government revenue.

iii) Policy direction from Ministry of Education (MOE) to introduce school feeding programmes with an aim to increase enrollment and stabilize attendance in ECD centres, this has encouraged parents to send their children to school.

iv) Training and development of ECD teachers in the ASALs

vi) Undertake civil education of the ASAL people encourage them to fully embrace the education of their children and to abandon cultural practices that impede this progression
