3.Business incubators with university relationships

-Academic institutions have a role as a founder and is a source of resources such as research, expertise, space and or funds.

4. Agri-business incubators

-Uses entrepreneurship and innovation as a mechanism for social impact. This focuses on socially valuable products and services.

Incubators may also fall into two general categories
