1. insecurity - some parts of the country are unsecured for introducing schools. This causes pupils to be psychologically stressed,unsettled and always in worry.
2.Inadequate water- water being a basic need, its very important for survival.inadequate water supply is a contributing factor to unequal distribution of school as water is required in daily activities.
3.Parent ignorance- some parents are still not aware of the importance of education and so end up to emphasizing their children on advantages of education.some also prefer children helping them in farms other than going to school.
4.Inadequate learning facilities- materials such as books and pens and facilities such as classroom inadequency may lead to school drop out or affect concentration of pupils in classwork.
5. lack of teachers- few number may hinder the development of more school because they are the guiding tool of education at primary level
