1. land- the fertility of the land determine the quantity of production.poor fertile soils leads to low yield while fertile produces high quantity of products.Also inadequacy of the land leads to low agricultural practices.
2.Capital - inavailability of adequate funds to invest in agricultural activities leads to low production. This also act ,as a barrier or hindrance of farming activities.
3. Labour- supply of both skilled and unskilled labour is of very importance in agricultural activities. Skilled labourer have adequate knowledge to handle different agricultural challenges.
4. Management- poor management of available agricultural resource may lead to poor production.poor communication between the managers may lead to collapsing of agriculture.
