vii. Loyalty. Companies look for employees who are loyal to the goals and mission of the company. This includes supporting the company and co-workers both verbally and through actions.
viii. Cooperation. Team players are valuable assets for any company. Employers look for employees who are cooperative, open-minded and who can take criticism well No one wants to work with someone who is touchy and who does not work well with others.
ix. Follow through. It is important the employees are able to follow through on their assignments and complete their work on time and accurately. Employers look for job applicants who have a history of completing their work on time.
x. Ability to handle anger. Employers are concerned about keeping a harmonious atmosphere in the workplace. Employees who cannot deal with their anger, or who causes conflicts with others just create problems at work.
