Appeals to high court can be made against the decision of local committee or tribunals. These appeals can be made only if the tax assess has already been paid. They are valid on the following grounds:
- The decision of the lower court was contrary to law.
- The lower court failed to address itself to the material issues of law.
- The lower court made an error in a matter of procedure
