ii) Safety and security - Ensures survival such as protection from war, crime and economic security

iii) Social/ belongingness - Self actualization individual needs of realization of one potential is the highest level of ones realization.

iv) Esteem/ aesthetic/ cognitive - Feeling good about ourselves/ achievements, competencies autonomy, status, respect.

v) Self actualization - Individual needs of realization of one's potential, is the highest level of ones realization.
