1. Anticipate questions. This will put one at ease when questions finally get asked.
2. Rephrase hostile or biased questions e.g. you are asking whether……
3. Do not nod your head to the person asking a question. Instead look directly at the
questioner. Nodding suggests that you agree with the questioner
4. Avoid saying ‘that is a good question” …….. this suggests others were bad
5. If one asks a question you have already explained answer it without embarrassing them.
Not everyone remembers what you have said.
6. Be honest. If you do not know the answers say so but promise to find out.
