Leadership is more associated with risk taking dynamic, creativity, change and vision. (Richard L. D (2005) consider leadership as involving change hence it cannot be expected to maintain the status quo.
James J. Gill (1983) Educationist remark that leadership can be created through education his remarks is that the essential qualities and skills involved in leadership can be learned and developed through education and experience. Bernard Bass M. points out that we learn leadership in a variety of ways.
Leadership is a powerful concept, capable of conveying much more than can be contained within a concise definition and capable of meaning many different things to different audience in different contexts Phillips (2004).

The argument as to whether leadership is made or born may best be illustrated by various theories of leadership in which many writers has indicated in their desire to research on the qualities of leaders. This was lead by Plato. In recent years, the qualities demonstrated by world leaders may suggest that a leader is both ways that is either born or made. Sir Winston Churchill the former Prime Minister of Britain demonstrates that leaders are born.
