Domicile is the country in which one is deemed by law to have a permanent home
1.Domicile of Origin
This is acquired at birth. Legitimate infants acquire father's domicile while illegitimate infants acquire mother's domicile.
2.Domicile of dependence
Its a domicile of a dependent. Example, married women acquire domicile of husband.
Also when a child is adopted, they acquire domicile of adopter
3.Domicile of choice
Everyone of sound mind has a right to acquire domicile of choice.
