(ii) They rejected their own traditions of elders.
(iii) Most of them were priests from wealthy families.
(iv) They did not believe in angels, demons etc.
(v) They did not believe in resurrection of the body.
(vi) They did not believe in judgment.
(vii) They did not believe in the messiah.
(viii) They supported the Roman rule.
(ix) Some of them were members of the Sanhedrin.
