1. It overcomes infertility. It enables infertile spouses to have babies
2. This procedure can be used for those women that have some complications such as cervitis.
3. IVF allows women who are very busy in their own professions to get children minus getting pregnant.
4. It helps people to get children of the characteristics they want.
5. It helps in family planning as couples get expected children.
6. IVF enables people who do not wish to be married to have children.
7. Helps to extend parent hood as old women can have babies through surrogate mothers through stored embryos.

B. Risks of IVF
1. It may lead to ovarian over stimulation syndrome. This is the case where ovaries become swollen and painful in cases whereby women become.
2. This procedure encourages multiple fats due to transfer of multiple fats
3. Has a risk of pregnancy loss in cases whereby the woman’s body rejects the embryo.
4. It risks the mother’s life through virginal hemorrhage.
5. The mother risks getting wrong embryos.
6. May lead to erosion of certain cultures of all people in the community e.g. if most women in Africa will be given a chance to choose sperms, they will choose for the white men
7. Fertility drugs may affect the mother and the embryo
8. May lead to ruptured ovaries.
