(i) During the call of Jeremiah, God told him that He would destroy Israel and restore them as His people again.

(ii) Jeremiah reminded the people of what God had done for them in the past and of His continued love for them.

(iii) He preached that God would punish them but would forgive and accept them back again to Himself.

(iv) Jeremiah told the people that God's punishment would be correct and bring them back to Yahweh.

(v) Jeremiah warned them against idolatry and advised them to return to the true worship of Yahweh.

(vi) Jeremiah reminded the people of the covenant which they had made with God.

(vii) He prophesied about the coming of the Messiah from the house of David.

(viii) Jeremiah wrote a letter to the exiles in Babylon giving them hope and encouragement.

(ix) He prophesied about the end of captivity and their restoration as God's people again.

(x) Jeremiah prophesied about the new covenant.

(xi) Jeremiah bought a piece of land to symbolize restoration.
