1. JAMES LANGE THEORY
It suggests that our body reactions determine the subjective emotion we experience. Our brains interpret specific physiological changes as feelings or emotions.
It also proposes that there is a different physiological pattern

2. CANNON BARD THEORY
It proposes that subjective experience of emotion and physiological arousal do not cause one another but instead an independent responses to an emotion arousing situation and that they occur simultaneously.

3. THE TWO FACTOR THEORY OF EMOTION
According to it, an emotional stimulus causes physiological arousal which are interpreted then followed by emotions. The intensity of the physiological arousal tells us how strongly we are feeling something but environmental cues give us the information we need to label the emotion.
